Social Enterprise Development Announcement

The Community Association has recently acquired funding for a new post, which is due to be advertised publically.
The post is based on the development of our cafe and other community centre resources as a viable social enterprise, which will further the mission of the Trefechan Community Association, working in partnership with MTCBC Community Enterprise Development Team, and Merthyr Valleys Homes toward a successful sustainable business delivering resources that are focussed on satisfying our community needs.
The post will require someone with the ability to develop the business to a sustainable level over the next two years.
The successful candidate will be responsible to the trustees of the association and be afforded direct control over the day to day business operations of the social enterprise.
